Divorce

It can be mutual agreement or contentious. Learn about your options.

Mutual agreement divorce — Cessation of civil effects

The fastest and most cost-effective route. If both spouses agree, it is processed before a notary in 2 to 4 weeks. Includes cessation of civil effects of marriage, marital property division and custody agreement if there are children.

Contentious divorce & marriage nullity

When there is no agreement. Processed before a family judge. We cover all grounds: adultery, abuse, habitual drunkenness, de facto separation, among others. We also file marriage nullity petitions after a case assessment where warranted.

Marital property division & de facto patrimonial partnership

We divide assets acquired during the marriage or de facto marital union fairly and equitably.

Child custody & maintenance

We agree on visiting arrangements, custody and child maintenance. We defend the best interests of the child and their rights.
